Agatha is a very special cow. She is named after my late grandmother and I thought that it fit this heifer perfectly. She has the beautiful mottle face or "Maressa mask" that the Maressa cow made so dominant through her offspring. Agatha is out of Littleace Jackrabbitslim who is a bull that is used to get some twist through his offspring. He is out of Ace`s Mojo and Hattie Bell, who is a huge twisty horned cow. Agatha`s dam is also full of twisty horn genestics as well. Ace`s Sam is known to throw a twisty horned cow or two and then the Bevo Dot line on the bottom is dominant for twisty horn genetics. UPDATE: Agatha is twisting at a very young age with no end in sight.
She is sentimental and won`t be going anywhere anytime soon. A special thank you to Elmer and Susan Rosenberger for providing Jason with the opportunity to own this heifer. |
